What do I have to take note of when buying a Wall-hung WC?

When purchasing a wall-hung WC, it has to go with a concealed flushing cistern. For that there are two parts to consider.

Cistern tank: Top flush or front flush. These are the two options available. Choose the one that you're comfortable with.

Actuator Plate: An actuator plate is the plate with the buttons to push for flushing. There are many designs, materials and a few sizes to actuator plates. Click here to find your ideal one.

 

What does your sanitary wares and fittings come with?

All of our sanitary wares, fittings and other accessories are sold as a complete set, inclusive of all necessary parts for full proper installation unless stated.

Wall Hung WC Bowls - Does not come with mounting frame and concealed flushing system. (Please purchase them separately on our website)

Basins - Does not come with taps (Please purchase them separately on our website)

Is installation included?

Prices listed are not inclusive of installation. However, we do provide plumbing and electrical services at a separate cost. For more information please contact us.

I have purchased a WC bowl but I am unable to confirm my outlet size yet, how do I go about it?

For all purchases upon Order Confirmation, we will get in touch with buyers via WhatsApp / Email to gather more required information. (Example. Delivery date, pan collar sizes)
